WHOLE GRILLED BRANZINO

Ingredients:

Market herbs, radishes, marble fingerling potatoes, banana chilis.
Prep:

Branzino (Northern Italian name for fish also known as Mediterranean or European Seabass) is grilled whole and garnished with the above.
Serve with a side dish for the bones and a spoon to help with filleting.
